RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Please read through our return policies and Frequently Asked Questions prior to contacting us or sending anything to us. If you have an account with us and would like to return/exchange item(s), please login and use the “Request Return/Exchange” tab located within your control panel. If you do not have an account with us, please use this link to request a return or exchange.
We do our absolute best to get all orders correct when they are processed. If for any reason Skullflower Merchandising has made an error in your order, please send us an email with your concern and we will make it right. All items sent back for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 30 days from the original shipping date. Skullflower Merchandising reserves the right to have the final say on the eligibility of all returns and exchanges sent to us.
All items sent back for a return/exchange must be in “like new” condition, meaning that it cannot be dirty, washed, worn, smelling of smoke, etc. Once the item is received by Skullflower Merchandising, we will process the return/exchange accordingly. If the item(s) is not in the like new condition, we may choose to deny the return (please keep this in mind prior to sending in a return). Items ordered from tours or anywhere else not directly through our webstore are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
